Sinopec Luoyang Branch is located in northeast of Luoyang, about 30 kilometers north of the Yellow River, near the Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project, is a group of China Petrochemical Corporation, a set of oil refining, chemical industry, chemical fiber as one of the super-large petrochemical Enterprises. 2008 Sinopec Branch commenced production, plans to build an integrated refinery, during the implementation of the project, all the wires and cables was provided by Henan Hongda Cable Co., Ltd..
